These terms explain the use of zelarobot.com and inquiries about ZELABOT appearances and collaborations offered by Zela Entertainment LLC. Confirmed bookings are subject to a separate written booking agreement.

1. Website use and inquiries

You may use this website to learn about Zela, request information, and inquire about an appearance or collaboration. Please provide accurate contact and event information. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking.

2. Quotes, pricing, and confirmation

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your individual quote will reflect the event location, duration, venue requirements, and travel needs, including any required accommodation. Availability and final pricing are confirmed directly with our team.

A booking is confirmed only after the required written agreement is completed and any required deposit is received. Payment schedules, cancellation and rescheduling terms, travel arrangements, and other event-specific conditions will be set out in that agreement. If the booking agreement differs from general website information, the booking agreement controls the booking.

3. Appearances and capabilities

Zela appears with a dedicated operator. Guests and clients may not operate the robot. The appearance format, planned activities, and any requested customization must be agreed with our team in advance and remain subject to technical capability, venue suitability, and safe operation.

A two-hour appearance window may include scheduled breaks and does not mean two hours of continuous robot movement or interaction. Our team will discuss the event schedule and expectations with you before confirmation.

4. Venue and event planning

Please share accurate information about the venue, access, event schedule, guest environment, and any special requirements. Setup, power, space, access, and operating requirements will be coordinated for your event. Any conditions concerning delays, interruptions, or changes to the appearance will be addressed in your booking agreement.

5. Website images and descriptions

Website photographs, videos, and descriptions introduce Zela and possible appearance concepts. Any images identified as AI-generated or concept imagery are illustrative. They do not promise a particular activity, costume, setting, or capability. Your agreed quote and booking agreement define the services for your event.

6. Intellectual property and media

ZELABOT branding and website content belong to Zela Entertainment LLC or their respective owners and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. You may share links to this website. Commercial reuse of our branding, photographs, videos, or other protected content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Photography, recording, guest permissions, and any use of event content for promotion should be agreed separately. Making an inquiry does not give us permission to use your name, event details, or likeness for advertising.

7. No implied endorsement

No person or business may state or imply that Zela or Zela Entertainment LLC sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with them, their products, services, or events without express authorization in a written agreement signed by Zela Entertainment LLC. Booking an appearance does not by itself create an endorsement or authorize claims beyond those expressly agreed in writing.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit spam, impersonate another person, send unlawful or malicious material, interfere with website operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled. Links to social platforms and other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Website information and changes

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but errors or interruptions may occur. Please contact us to confirm important details before relying on website information for an event. We may update the website and these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Website updates do not by themselves change an existing signed booking agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms and disputes relating to this website are governed by New Jersey law. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, such disputes must be brought in the state courts in Bergen County, New Jersey, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Booked appearances remain subject to their separate booking agreement.
