Does Zela come with an operator?
Yes. Every appearance includes Zela and her dedicated operator. Our team handles transportation, setup, and on-site operation, so you can focus on your guests.
Can Zela represent our brand?
Zela can be part of your brand activation, product launch, or campaign while keeping her own distinctive personality. Selected styling, branded clothing, and product moments may be possible. Share your ideas, and we’ll confirm what can be arranged.
Where is Zela available?
Zela is based on New Jersey’s Hudson waterfront and is available for local appearances in New Jersey, New York City, and anywhere in the United States. Travel and any required accommodation are included in your individual quote.
What is the minimum booking?
Zela has a two-hour minimum booking. Longer appearances and full-day events are available by individual quote.
What does the venue need to provide?
Before confirming your booking, we’ll review the venue’s access, available space, and planned activities. Our team will confirm any setup and operating requirements with you in advance so everything is ready for Zela’s arrival.
How do we book, and when is payment due?
Start by sending an inquiry with your event date, location, and a brief description. We’ll confirm availability, discuss the details, and provide a quote. To secure your booking, you’ll need a signed agreement and deposit. Your payment schedule, including the balance due date, will be outlined in your agreement and invoice.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any cancellation or rescheduling charges will follow the terms of your booking agreement, provided before you confirm.
